Listing your products for sale via metaLIFE is very easy process takes few minutes to set up. metaBOX is an object which holds all of your in-world products, like a server for products inside of Second Life. 

 Important Update: Sorry this is a bit outdated video - metaWAREHOUSE has become a metaBOX. metaKIOSK has become a metaVENDOR!

What is metaBOX?

metaBOX is object in Second Life that contains products listed for sale via metaLIFE and delivers them to your customers on request. It has to be rezzed permanently anywhere in-world and contain items you want to sell through metaLIFE platform.

How to get started?

 You need to do couple simple steps in order to load your items in metaLIFE.

Get metaLIFE Partner kit

1. Teleport to metaLIFE headquarters in-world
2. Click on metaVENDOR and select Partner kit.
3. Rezz it. This will create a folder !- metaLIFE partner kit -! in your inventory.
4. Rezz 1 prim or 6 prim metaBOX in safe place.

Load your items in metaBOX

1. Right click on the metaBOX and click Edit. Select Content tab.
   
2. Drag your items from inventory to metaBOX Content folder.

Your items are loaded in metaLIFE, but not for sale yet. To finish you need to Edit your items.

Do i need to place textures in metaBOX?

It is optional. You can place textures for your items into metaBOX. Editing your item in website, you will be able to select texture from combo box for every item.

Note: This works only with metaWarehouse v1.14 and higher(later metaWarehouse evolved into metaBOX).

TIP: once you have assigned your textures to your items - you can delete the textures from your metaBOX! This will clean your inactive list!

If you don't want to do load your metaBOX with textures then you can manually set item picture UUID!

Q: How to get texture asset UUID ?

A: In your inventory, right-clicking over texture and choosing "Copy Asset UUID." Note this will only work on items that you have full permissions to.

How to add a notecard for listed item?

In order to do this, you need to drag a notecard into metaBOX content folder with exaclty the same name as your item and with the ending _nc. For example, if you item name is Natural Eyes Blue, your notecard must be named Natural Eyes Blue_nc.
